I’m Tom Cubit, an IT Portfolio & Delivery Leader, technology and operations leader, and business acquisition entrepreneur. Throughout my career with IBM Consulting, I’ve built trusted relationships, brought people together to solve difficult problems, and helped leaders navigate change with practical, thoughtful solutions.

Alongside my corporate career, I am pursuing the acquisition of an established services business where I can apply the same operational leadership, financial discipline, and long-term ownership mindset as an owner-operator. I am particularly interested in established service businesses with strong teams and solid foundations where I can preserve what already works, improve what can be improved, and build upon the legacy an owner has worked hard to create.

Throughout his career, he has helped improve operational performance, manage change, and deliver predictable business results.

Alongside his corporate career, Tom is pursuing the acquisition and long-term ownership of an established Chicagoland service business through Cubit Essentials. His goal is to build upon strong foundations, preserve what already works, support employees and customers, and create lasting value through disciplined operational leadership as an owner-operator.
